Travel Insurance Policy

We highly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, interruption, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation. We are happy to provide referrals for trusted insurance providers.

Please note that MyTravel4Ever LLC is not liable for losses due to trip cancellations, travel delays, personal emergencies, or natural disasters.

Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove participants from group trips if conduct is unsafe, discriminatory, or abusive, with no refund provided.

We may photograph or film moments during group trips and events. By participating, you grant MyTravel4Ever permission to use these images for promotional and educational purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the trip begins.

You can always request not to be included in shared media, we honor all such requests.

While we strive to connect you with trusted partners who share our values, MyTravel4Ever LLC is not responsible for the actions, services, policies, or performance of any external agent, agency, or company operating outside of our direct business entity.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Booking errors or omissions
• Miscommunication or lack of service follow-through

• Refunds, cancellations, or customer service disputes

Pricing, Tickets & Supplier Contracts

Each Supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, etc.) operates under its own terms and conditions, including refund and cancellation policies, which may apply to you regardless of whether you receive direct notice.

Acknowledgment of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in any group trip, activity, or excursion involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: illness, injury, emotional distress, property damage, or unexpected expenses. By joining a trip, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to:

• Assume full personal and financial responsibility for any injury or loss sustained during activities or transportation.
• Release, indemnify, and hold harmless MyTravel4Ever LLC, its staff, contractors, partners, and volunteers from any liability associated with your participation.
• Understand that some activities may require additional waivers or forms, depending on the location and nature of the experience.

If any dispute arises, you agree to pursue alternative dispute resolution, and if unresolved, the matter will be settled through binding arbitration, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
